Free size, with elastic waist. Flutter sleeves and wide armhole, so bust area is very flexible with sizes.

Length ~31-31.5"
Ptp fits between 14-16", probably stretchable to fit bigger sizes but I didn't try to stretch it.

Cotton material. Double lined for grey part, and black skirt has 2 layers, flowy. Condition 9/10. Got from a swop, not worn by me before.

Does not come with belt.

Looks like this when worn. I have the GREY AND BLACK, not white and black :)
