Prev seller said its new, looks like it has been washed before. I've not worn it before. Selling the inner red and black halter dress, does not come with white long top.
length from bust area is 27", but when wearing as a halter, you can adjust the length. it should fit around 32-33" length. ptp 14-15", and has stretchable elastic band at the back.
